Part of the services offered by TTO is the legal assistance with respect to the drafting and negotiating of contracts that are related to research, as well as the protection and exploitation of know-how and intellectual property rights which are frequently the result of research performed by VU and VUmc.

Founding a company

In some cases founding a VU & VUmc spin-off company is the best route for commercializing know-how and/or intellectual property rights. TTO can assist in the process of incorporating a BV and drafting related documents.
